Q: How Does The Soy Protein Help With Lowering My Cholesterol?
A: Research suggests that 25 grams of soy protein per day as part of a diet low in saturated fat can help reduce blood cholesterol. A single Formula 1 shake (cookies and cream) provides you with up to 10.6 grams of soy protein.
Q: How Do I Start Using The Formula 1,2,3?
A: Between 7-9am mix up two scoops of Formula 1, one scoop of Personalised Protein Powder in your shaker (or blender) with 250ml of cold semi-skimmed milk. Take one of your multivitamins. Mid morning have a snack of fruit or cottage cheese with a couple of cherry tomatoes (just some examples) or try one of the Herbalife 'Healthy Snacks' (protein bars/soy nuts). Repeat the shake for lunch and take another multivitamin. Mid afternoon repeat the healthy snack if hungry. Have a healthy evening meal of your choice with another multivitamin. (The recommendation would be a quarter plate of protein, quarter plate of complex carbohydrate (eg boiled potatoes) and half a plate of colourful vegetables). Q: Can I Make My Shake Into A Smoothie?
A: Yes ! You can add fruit and ice to your shake and whip it up in a blender making sure you have two scoops of shake (flat or heaped) and one scoop of protein along with 250ml semi skimmed milk.

Q: How Much Personalised Protein Powder Do I Add?
A: Most people will only add one flat scoop per shake, however, I would recommend two flat scoops to Men and those with a larger appetite who get hungry often. If in doubt contact me direct.
